6. remove items from the shelf and place them into the trolley or basket

7. find the checkout area and join the queue

8. remove items to be registered by the cashier

9. tender money and wait for the change and receipt

10. keep the receipt in a safe place and take a carrier bag

11. place items into the carrier bag correctly.
