demonstrated the ability to

1. participate in an Introduction to Youth Leadership training programme

2. attend a minimum of four sessions

3. identify the meaning of leadership

4. identify at least five qualities of a leader

5. identify at least five of own qualities or skills

6. identify at least three skills or qualities they would like to improve

7. participate in a group discussion about why it is important to have youth leaders as role models

8. work as part of a team in a given team work activity

9. conduct own research into at least two local services for young people

10. feedback own findings to the group

11. identify at least four issues to think about when planning an activity for other young people, eg insurance, gender, risk assessment and parental permission

12. evaluate the Introduction to Youth Leadership training programme.
