7. listen to and be respectful towards the opinions of other group members during the discussion

8. take part in a voting procedure

9. evaluate the performance of at least one other person at the meeting with a youth worker after the meeting

10. at least one voting procedure used in formal meeting processes, eg show of hands

11. taking part in a formal meeting discussion group.
