demonstrated the ability to

1. measure and record the size of the wood needed for the mosaic

2. mark out the wood for cutting to the correct size

3. prepare the wood by sanding and priming

4. fix ceramic tiles to the wood using ceramic tile adhesive to produce a chosen design

5. grout the tiles

6. clean the artefact appropriately in readiness for an appropriate finish

7. apply a coat of varnish or similar finish to the mosaic artefact.
