demonstrated the ability to

1. choose appropriate timber and tools to construct a frame with four corner halving joints

2. determine the position of the joints and mark off the materials accurately

3. use the equipment safely and correctly to cut the materials for the joints

4. assemble all the joints and dry fit them to make the frame

5. glue and clamp the joints if needed

6. clean up the work area on completion of the task

7. present all the work to the tutor for marking and assessing

experienced

8. using appropriate tools to make a frame with minimal guidance.
