3. wash their own hands prior to carrying out manicure treatment on a client

7. dry the client's hands

8. carry out a hand massage on the client

9. clean the client's nails with cotton wool and nail varnish remover to remove any excess hand cream

10. clear away any tools or equipment used including towels
