In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to 1. plug a bass guitar into an amplifier	Summary sheet
2. identify at least three parts of the bass guitar	Summary sheet
3. use the guitar controls correctly, eg volume and tone	Summary sheet
4. produce a true sound on at least three occasions	Summary sheet
5. produce a combination of at least five notes	Summary sheet
experienced 6. discussion with a teacher about how a bass guitar is part of an electronic system	Summary sheet
7. discussion with a teacher about how to hold a bass guitar correctly.	Summary sheet
