Here you will find the Unit Award Scheme (UAS) units that we have mapped to our GCSE Mathematics, historic Functional Skills in Mathematics, Level 2 Further Maths and Entry Level Certificate (ELC) specifications.

Students will receive a certificate each time they complete a unit. By recognising their achievements in this way, the scheme allows students to engage with learning and take clear steps towards success in Maths.

Level 2 Further Maths

Level 2 Further Maths is designed to stretch and challenge high-achieving GCSE learners (typically grades 7–9) by bridging the gap to A-level maths. It deepens algebraic, geometric, and functional reasoning while introducing new topics like calculus and matrices to prepare learners for Level 3 study.

Learners will receive a certificate each time they complete a unit. By recognising their achievements in this way, the scheme allows learners to engage with their learning, build confidence and take clear steps towards success in Level 2 Further Maths.
