GCSE Economics
There are no planned changes to GCSE Economics for 2021 following Ofqual’s consultation
- Teaching from: September 2017
- Exams from: June 2019
- Specification code: 8136
- QAN code: 603/0126/0
We’ve kept the fundamental economic concepts in our new GCSE specification. It covers traditional economics content, allowing students to explore topical subjects and issues, and develop their analytical and critical thinking skills.
Both papers retain the same clear structure and common layout. We’ve also included a mixture of question styles, giving all students the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding.
