These requirements do not apply to GCSE English Language Spoken language endorsement (8700/C) or A-level biology, chemistry and physics practical skills endorsements (7402/C 7405/C 7408/C) which instead require an NEA, fieldwork and live performance centre declaration form.

For Project qualifications, there will be an additional statement to confirm that all candidates entered have completed entirely new work or have substantially reworked a project for which they have already received a result in a previous exam series.
In addition to the online declaration, schools must complete a physical Centre Declaration Sheet and retain it within their school. For GCSE and A-level PE only, a copy of the Declaration Sheet should be given to their allocated moderator.

Schools entering candidates for a GCSE, AS level, A-level or Project qualification that includes NEA or an Endorsement must complete an NEA, fieldwork and live performance centre declaration form.

This is used to confirm that candidates have had an opportunity to undertake a programming task or tasks during their course of study.
The declaration is now part of the NEA, fieldwork, live performance and practical programming declaration.
