Getting started with Data Insights is quick and simple. There is no setup required – just log in with your myAQA details and start exploring your results.
- Go to Centre Services via your myAQA account.
- Navigate to the ‘Post-exams’ section.
- Select Data Insights to view your results dashboard.
You’ll be taken straight into your centre’s data, ready to explore performance, compare results and start identifying key insights immediately.

- How do I access Data Insights?
You can access Data Insights through Centre Services via your myAQA account. Simply log in, go to the ‘Post-exams’ section, and select Data Insights to view your results.
- Who can use Data Insights?
Data Insights is available to exam officers, teachers, Heads of Department, SLT and MAT leaders with access to Centre Services.
- When is Data Insights available?
Data Insights is available during results periods, allowing you to explore and analyse your results as soon as they are released.
- Do I need training to use it?
No specialist training is required. Data Insights is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, with clear visuals and straightforward navigation.
- Can I compare results over time?
Yes. You can compare results year-on-year, benchmark against national averages, and explore performance across different student groups and subjects.
- Can MATs see across multiple schools?
Yes. MAT users can view and compare performance across multiple schools within their Trust to identify trends, variation and areas for support.
- What if I don't have a myAQA account?
You can register for a myAQA account for free. Once registered, you’ll be able to access Centre Services and Data Insights.
