Training for new exams officers

Our face-to-face training is ideal for new exams officers. The sessions are a full day and include:

  • the exams cycle, from entries to post-results
  • JCQ guides and regulations
  • being prepared for a JCQ exam period inspection
  • advice and support from an experienced exams officer.

Online training events

We offer free online training events on timely themes such as entries, coursework and results. Open to new exams officers or those who just need a quick refresher, you can join the event live or catch up afterwards on our YouTube channel.
