We have video demonstrations of how to request each type of post-results service available as a playlist on our YouTube channel.

Date that the outcome was released.
The address of the centre.
Candidate number and name.
Details of the subject the review(s) were requested under.
Outcome of the review(s) at an award level.
This will show on the left whether there has been a change in grade between the original grade issued on results day and the grade issued as an outcome of review, as well as what this change as a total of marks. In this example, a 3 mark change at award level has led to a grade change from B to A for the candidate.
Some components will have scaling factors applied to marks before being totalled at an award level.
Outcome of the review(s) at a component level.
This will show which components have had a review requested in the series, and what the outcomes of each review were. In this example, there are 3 components within the award code, and reviews have been requested for 7182/1 (paper 1) and 7182/2 (paper 2) only.
7182/1 has had a 3 mark change at review increasing the mark from 61 to 64. 7182/2 has had no mark change at review with the mark remaining at 67. As no review was requested for 7182/3 the row is blank other than to confirm the original mark of 69.
Some components will have scaling factors applied to marks before being totalled at an award level.

Details of the component and series of the reviewed script
Details of the candidate and total marks both before and after the review. In this example the original mark released on results day was 61, and the result after review was 64.
This table shows marks awarded before and after review at question level. In this example the only question where a mark change was required to correct an error was on question A3 which increased by 3 marks as a result of the review.
These columns show the associate PINs of those who originally marked and who reviewed a given question. Components marked and reviewed as a full script may not display this level of detail.
If a review identifies a marking error, the reviewer must leave a comment categorising what kind of marking error was identified and justifying their mark change at review. If no marking error is found on a question, no further comment is required by the reviewer. In some cases where the reviewer believes there could be reasonable confusion, they may leave a comment or annotation to explain why there is no marking error on a question. If this is left as an annotation, it will be clearly marked as a comment from the reviewer.
