The AQA Computer Science specification is great. It's closely linked to real-world concepts and it challenges students in the right way, helping them develop strong logical thinking. The course is highly practical, particularly through programming, which keeps learning relevant and engaging. I enjoy everything about teaching Computer Science - particularly programming, and whatever I embed into the curriculum, I always aim to make it interesting and exciting for students, which is easy to do with this specification.”

There is a stronger focus on programming, and the assessments are more robust and consistent year on year.
