
Customer and Product Apprentice
Shape the future, starting with yours - Join AQA as a Customer and Product Apprentice and help us improve the experience of teachers and students across the UK. Over this two-year programme, you’ll rotate through customer delivery teams, gaining hands-on experience in customer-focused roles. Alongside this, we’ll support you through a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, helping you grow your skills and confidence, and career.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer and Product Apprentice, you’ll rotate through three core areas within our Customer and Product departments - Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing & Brand - gaining practical experience and contributing to projects that directly impact our customers.
Customer Success
Support service teams by analysing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the customer journey.
Product Development
Help shape our products by conducting market research, analysing user needs, and supporting planning across the product lifecycle to keep our offerings relevant and impactful.
Marketing & Brand
Assist with campaign planning and content creation across digital channels, while helping track performance and optimise our brand presence.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys working with others and is eager to learn. You’ll need good communication skills and a willingness to take on new challenges. To be eligible for this scheme, applicants must have at least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) including Maths and English. Other key qualities we'd like to see include:
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Curiosity about customer experience and education
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- A collaborative and inclusive mindset
