1. calculate simple interest in multiples of 5% on given amounts of money

2. calculate discounts in multiples of 5% on given amounts of money

3. convert between units of length, weight, capacity, money and time, in the same system, on at least two occasions

4. recognise and make use of simple scales on a minimum of two maps and/or drawings.
