You’ll be able to make bookings again when the new system launches. Unfortunately, our Customer Services team will not be able to book for you either during this time. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

Use the same details you use for Centre Services to create your account.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs) for schools and colleges

I don’t have a myAQA account, how do I get one?

  • If you have a Centre Services account, you can use these details to log into myAQA. If you don’t have a Centre Services account, you can register for one by following these steps: How to register for a Centre Services account. This will then be approved by the main Centre Services Administrator, which is often your Exams Officer.

I don’t have a Centre Services account because I am not part of an AQA centre/I am part of a Unit Award Scheme centre, how do I log in to myAQA?

  • You’ll be able to login by selecting the ‘Continue with Microsoft account’ option. Please note that you’ll be able to view all Events but will only be able to book onto the following: Curriculum Connect, Discovery/Taster, Senior Leadership and UAS Events.

I made a booking prior to the new system going live, does that booking still stand?

  • Yes, any bookings made before 4 December 2025 will still stand and the details will be available to view in your AccessPlanit account.

Can I see the details of any bookings made in AccessPlanit in the MyAQA bookings page?

  • No, if you made your booking before 4 December 2025, you will only be able to view the details of that booking in your AccessPlanit account.

I don’t have access to AccessPlanit Customer Portal, so how do I get my booking details?

  • All bookings will have been issued to you on email, so you can check these. If you don’t have your email details either, then please contact Customer Services for email re-issue or to check your details.

How will I receive a certificate for courses I complete?

  • We’ll email you your certificate to you.

How do I access materials from courses I have attended?

  • All existing eLearning modules should have been completed before end of November 2025. You can access the eLearning module from the link on your original email confirmation if you still have this.

Why can’t I see details of my booking in the MyAQA ‘My Bookings’ page – do I need to re-book?

  • You most likely made the booking before 4 December 2025 and so it will appear in AccessPlanit. Only bookings made in the new system, on and after 8 December 2025, will show in the My Bookings page.

How will I receive joining links for online courses?

  • If the course is being delivered on Microsoft Teams, you’ll be able to find the joining link on the ‘My Bookings’ page. If the course is being delivered by our third-party provider, they’ll send the joining instructions directly to you.

  • We’ll email you your certificate to you.

How do I access materials from courses I have attended?

  • If course materials are available, you’ll be able to download them by going to ‘My Bookings’ and your Completed courses and then clicking View Details. You’ll also be able to download the materials from Centre Services.

I booked onto a course with a Social-ID but I now have a myAQA account, will my booking be transferred to my myAQA account?

  • No, to view the details of the booking, you’ill need to log in using your Social-ID account. Any new bookings you make will be done using your MyAQA account.

I made a booking under Social-ID and have received a booking confirmation to my AQA email, but I’m unable to see the booking in ‘My Bookings’; why is this?

  • This is because you made the booking under a Social-ID login with an AQAID associated email address. The booking, therefore, won’t appear in ‘My Bookings’ on either your Social-ID login or on your AQAID login, or on ‘Centre Bookings’. It will be in our internal side of the system, so please contact Customer Services and request booking cancellation so that you can re-book.

Can I transfer my booking to one of my colleagues?

  • No, once made, bookings and places on waiting lists can’t be transferred. You’ll need to cancel your booking or remove yourself from the waiting list and then your colleague will have to book themselves. If there’s no waiting list for the course, then you may be able to just cancel your booking to enable your colleague to book themselves.

I have an Exams Officer Centre Services account; am I able to book events?

  • Yes, there is no difference in event booking whether you have an Exams Officer or Teacher Services account.

Why am I unable to book on a course I want that has a start date of tomorrow?

  • All courses have a closing date/ time, which is set to a minimum 24-hours before the start date; this enables more efficient management of delegate numbers. You can still make a booking on the course by contacting Customer Services or emailing the AQA Events team.

I haven’t received my booking confirmation email, when is this issued?

  • The booking confirmation email will be issued within one hour after you made the booking. First check the ‘My Bookings’ page to see if the booking is shown. Make sure that you’ve whitelisted AQA so you can recieve our emails and check your junk and spam folders in case it’s in there. Issues with the email could also be because of email server delays.

·My face-to-face event details only show a generic town/city; eg Manchester, what does this mean?

  • This means that the specific venue for the event is still to be confirmed. Details will be updated, and these will be emailed to you and appear updated in your ‘My Bookings’ page once the venue has been confirmed.

I need my booking checked, but my Centre Administrator is not available; can Customer Services review details for me?

  • You can check your booking details directly in the My Bookings page, even those which your Centre Administrator made on your behalf. AQA teams do not have access to imitate your account and view your bookings page.

I have been progressing an eLearning module, but I can’t see this now in ‘My Bookings’; how can I access this?

  • The eLearning module will still be accessible under ‘My Bookings’, but it will have moved to the ‘Completed’ tab. You can pick it up from here and continue with the eLearning module from where you last finished on it.

I have made an eLearning booking, but I’m unable to access ‘My Bookings’, can I get the course link emailed to me?

  • No, sorry. We cannot email links – we've taken this approach for security reasons. The eLearning module will be available within ‘My Bookings’ until the expiry date.

Can I grant my colleagues administrator access?

  • No, only users with Centre Administrator access in Centre Services will have centre administrator access when booking events.

Can I view the courses a specific member of staff at my centre has booked on to?

  • Yes, you can see all bookings for your centre on the ‘Centre Bookings’ page.

I made bookings for colleagues at my centre; will I receive booking confirmations?

  • No, the booking confirmations will be sent directly to the users you made the bookings for.

I made a booking for one of my centre colleagues, but they’re unable to attend. Can I transfer the booking to another of my colleagues?

  • No, bookings and places reserved on waiting lists are unable to be transferred. You’ll need to cancel the booking or remove the colleague from the waiting list and then re-book for the other colleague. If there’s no waiting list enabled on the course, then you may be able to just cancel your booking to enable your colleague to book themselves.

·I’ve been informed about an event, but I don’t have time to make a booking. Can this be made for me?

  • No, unfortunately our AQA teams are unable to make bookings on behalf of Social-ID users because of personal account details
