In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to 1. create a visual representation (mood board) of themselves, their personality and where they come from	Student completed work
2. discuss and respond appropriately to at least two questions about their own self with a trusted adult	Summary sheet and Student completed work
3. describe their own physical appearance in terms of hair, eyes and build using drawings and short sentences	Student completed work
4. choose at least three preferred activities with reasons	Student completed work
5. choose at least three preferred foods with reasons	Student completed work
6. indicate at least two personal dislikes with reasons	Student completed work
