Level: Level One

In successfully completing this unit, the learner will haveEvidence needed

3. tape two or three pieces of paper together to make one long piece of paper

4. focus on their breathing whilst drawing a mountain range, ie breathe in and draw diagonally upwards, breathe out and draw diagonally downwards

5. discuss what they notice about the mountains when they take longer breaths

6. repeat the process to create a second row of mountains, this time paying more attention to their breathing
