In successfully completing this unit, the learner will haveEvidence needed

demonstrated the ability to

1. create a list of music that they like and don't like

2. listen to approximately 20 pieces of contrasting music and describe the musical elements, ie tempo, dynamics, instrumentation, mood, style, timbre

3. choose up to five pieces of music to share with the group and explain why they have chosen them, using emotive language

4. describe where and when they could use music to support their mood and well-being
