In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to 1. use pictures and role-play to explain three things about what life was like for people living in the past	Summary sheet
2. look at and comment on an historic map of the local area	Summary sheet
3. make a tourist information leaflet or a PowerPoint presentation about a historic place and/or person within the local area, with support	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
experienced 4. participating in a history trail within the local area	Summary sheet
5. looking at historic buildings, sites and artefacts within the local area and taking part in at least two shared discussions about them.	Summary sheet
