1. identify and describe at least two hypotheses for crop circles

2. locate the region of Wiltshire on a map of the UK and explain its connection to crop circles

3. explain the concept of a hoax and how it relates to the history of crop circles

4. design and construct a model of a simple crop circle using at least one material

5. compare the features of their model circle with photographs of real crop circles and note the similarities, eg geometric shapes, patterns

6. discuss the value of skepticism and rational thought when faced with unproven claims or mysteries, using their model as a guide.
