Making spaghetti bolognese

1. weigh out the ingredients according to the recipe

2. finely chop some onion

3. place the mince in a saucepan

4. add the onion to the mince and cook until browned

5. add seasoning, tomatoes, tomato puree and herbs

6. simmer the mixture for twenty minutes

7. cook the pasta in boiling salted water for ten minutes

8. drain the pasta and place on a dish

9. pour the bolognese over the pasta

10. grate parmesan cheese over the spaghetti bolognese.
