Nick Stevens
Chief Operating Officer

Nick is responsible for our corporate functions including Finance, People, Enterprise Technology, Property, Legal and Programme Management. He leads the development of our financial and people strategies. Nick is a Board member of several subsidiaries within the AQA Group and of OxfordAQA, a joint venture with Oxford University Press.
Nick is a Chartered Accountant and has worked across the public, charity and private sectors. Before joining AQA, he was a member of the Executive Board at Tribal Group, where he led a number of service businesses operating in the education sector across the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Previously, he held roles as a Director of Resources for an international charity, was a divisional Chief Operating Officer for Tribal’s Government Division and was a management consultant with Tribal and Accenture. Nick began his career at the National Audit Office.
