Our full-time staff work 35 hours a week and we’re committed to flexible working. Compressed hours and part-time options are often available. We encourage smart hybrid working, with most people attending the office twice a week.

Generous holiday allowance

Benefit from 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 after five years of continued service. We also offer up to four additional days of leave over Christmas plus five days of paid leave for volunteer and charitable activities, so you can support the causes you care most about.

I lead our Business Change Hubs which is the function that delivers all of our organisational change.
