Course summary

This live and interactive AQA training course will explore the dictation task in Paper 1 and the reading aloud task in Paper 2, focusing on the key skills students need to demonstrate. It will complement our Curriculum Connect: Exploring Summer 2026.

We will use student responses to explore what examiners are looking for, why students find this area challenging, and how student performance develops across the levels.

The session also provides opportunities for discussion and suggests practical classroom activities to support student progress.

Following the session, you will receive a supporting Resource booklet with additional marked and unmarked student responses.
