Course summary

This AQA training course is designed to help teachers broaden and enrich their GCSE MFL students’ linguistic skills beyond the core requirements of the French, German and Spanish GCSE specifications.

In this session, we will explore practical, classroom-ready teaching and learning activities that enhance students’ spoken and written skills, build linguistic resilience, and promote real communication.

You will leave with adaptable tools, templated activities and examples across French, German and Spanish. These will support ‘stretch and challenge’ within GCSE lessons while also strengthening the skills students need should they continue to further language study.
