Looking ahead to next year, I’m excited to share the launch of our new UAS units linked to the Level 2 Further Maths qualification. Below, we explain why these units have been introduced and how they help to recognise and celebrate progress.

Exams are around the corner: How do you prepare your maths students for their exams?

This new course will guide teachers through creating a range of tailored assessments by making effective use of AQA resources. It’s designed to help teachers make informed decisions about planning and classroom practice through meaningful approaches to assessment.

We're proud sponsors of the MEI FE Maths Competition, a national event designed to challenge Further Education students with engaging mathematical problem‑solving tasks.
The final took place on 21 April, bringing together students from centres across the country to celebrate mathematical thinking, teamwork, and perseverance.
We'd like to congratulate everyone who reached this stage of the competition, and offer special congratulations to the teams at Oldham College, London South East Colleges (LSEC) and West Thames College, who were recognised as winners across the different competition levels. An impressive achievement all round.
