2. complete a short text about family by filling in the gaps with the correct word from a given selection

3. listen to a short audio clip about friendship and indicate whether given sentences about the clip are true or false

4. make notes on the key vocabulary and phrases related to a picture of a family

5. use their notes to help them answer at least two simple questions about the photo

6. answer at least three comprehension questions about an email from a student introducing themselves

7. write a reply email, including details about their age, appearance, family, likes and dislikes.
