demonstrated the ability to 1. recognise when someone appears upset or stressed through key simple cues, eg crying, withdrawn body language	Summary sheet
2. greet a peer in a friendly, supportive manner on at least one occasion	Summary sheet
experienced 3. observing an instructor model a brief supportive conversation on at least one occasion	Summary sheet
4. practising introducing themselves and asking, 'are you okay?' in a guided exercise.	Summary sheet
