1. attend at least five programmed girls' group activity sessions, aimed at building confidence and empowering young women in their personal development

2. have a 'get to know each other better' discussion element as part of each group meeting and activity, involving sharing personal opinions on identity empowerment, independence and confidence in relation to topical issues, eg fashion, faith, citizenship, expression, aspiration, communication, relationships, wants and needs

3. listen actively to and be respectful of the feelings and opinions of other members of the group

4. put forward positive critique as part of developing exploratory discussion skills as and when requested to do so

5. work through and resolve any problems arising as a result of discussions and/or activities within the group, by means of reasoning and negotiation

6. participate in a group session to evaluate the progress of the project and come up with at least two ideas to improve it
