In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to 1. organise a selection of books and/or DVDs on a shelf	Summary sheet
2. check out at least two books and/or DVDs	Summary sheet
3. keep a library clean, tidy and organised over a given period	Summary sheet
experienced 4. greeting the customers who use the library on at least one occasion	Summary sheet
5. helping the customers who wish to use the library on at least one occasion.	Summary sheet
