Level: Entry Level

In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
shown knowledge of 1. at least two different types of percussion instrument, including the key aspects of their structure and the way they make their sound	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2. at least two different types of stringed instrument, including the key aspects of their structure and the way they make their sound	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3. at least two different types of aerophone instrument, including the key aspects of their structure and the way they make their sound	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
experienced 4. playing at least three different instrument types, eg percussion, strings, aerophones, synthetic	Summary sheet
demonstrated the ability to 5. make a rudimentary percussion instrument, aerophone and stringed instrument.	Summary sheet
