In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to 1. plan and lead a short outdoor activity	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2. assess and mitigate the risks associated with different outdoor environments and activities	Summary sheet
shown knowledge of 3. at least two examples of basic first aid for minor injuries, as they arise whilst undertaking the outdoor activities or through simulation	Summary sheet
4. at least two examples of the impact of weather conditions on outdoor activities	Summary sheet
5. at least two different types of outdoor environments, eg woodland, beach	Summary sheet
experienced 6. participating in an outdoor activity.	Summary sheet
