UNDERSTANDING AND USING THE NATO PHONETIC ALPHABET

In successfully completing this unit, the learner will haveEvidence needed

demonstrated the ability to

1. recognise and correctly identify at least five common words from the NATO phonetic alphabet, eg Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo

3. identify at least two scenarios where using the phonetic alphabet would be helpful for clear communication
