In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to 1. organise the raw exercise data from dice rolls into structured formats, eg frequency tables	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2. use their table to calculate their reps per second for the at least two different exercises	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3. identify the relationship between exercise intensity and physiological response, ie the type of exercise, the number of reps repeated in a time interval, heart rate	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
4. select and produce at least two appropriate charts, eg bar charts for exercise frequency, line graphs for heart rate recovery.	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
