In successfully completing this unit, the learner will haveEvidence needed

demonstrated the ability to

1. organise the raw exercise data from dice rolls into structured formats, eg frequency tables

2. use their table to calculate their reps per second for the at least two different exercises

3. identify the relationship between exercise intensity and physiological response, ie the type of exercise, the number of reps repeated in a time interval, heart rate

4. select and produce at least two appropriate charts, eg bar charts for exercise frequency, line graphs for heart rate recovery.
