Making pebble animals

Level: Pre-Entry Level

In successfully completing this unit, the learner will have	Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to 1. select at least three pebbles that are suitable to make into pebble animals	Summary sheet
2. clean and dry the pebbles	Summary sheet
3. select the paints and the key materials needed to make the pebbles into animals, eg stick-on eyes, wool for fur	Summary sheet
4. make the pebble animals	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
5. arrange the finished pebble animals to create a simple display or scene, eg a mini zoo, hedgehog family, and describe it to an adult or peer	Summary sheet
experienced 6. taking part in at least one discussion about safe working practices when using a glue gun.	Summary sheet
