Anna Trethewey
Executive Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy
Joined: January 2024
Anna leads the Corporate Affairs and Strategy teams, having joined AQA from Ofsted where she was Deputy Director for Cross Remit Education Policy. Her previous roles include Head of Strategy at Ofsted, Head of Change Management at Academies Enterprise Trust and Executive Director at the Centre for Education and Youth. She has also been an English teacher and school leader in Lewisham and Norwich.
The Corporate Affairs and Strategy (CAS) Team brings together our External Affairs, Internal Communication and Strategy teams to ensure close alignment between our strategy implementation and the management of our reputation across all of our stakeholders, both internal and external.
