Isabelle Perrett

Isabelle is responsible for leading our team of dedicated HR professionals. She ensures AQA has the right people, organised in the most efficient way, enabling them to do their best work.

She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD as well as a qualified executive coach and mentor. She has a broad business background, having worked in private, public sector and not-for profit organisations. Her previous positions include Global Head of Leadership and Talent Development at AstraZeneca and HR Director at Teach First. She has also been a member of the Board of Governors at the University of Manchester.

Isabelle specialises in leading business and culture change. She combines technical know-how with progressive ideas to help us fulfil our purpose and achieve our future growth ambitions.
